Protecting wood
Hi everybody!
I just finished the frame of my Walrus skin on frame Kayak. I used select pine for all the wood work. Now I want to protect the wood using a two years old wood paint "Tiber care- exterior wood finish". I have used it to paint my deck. It is thick and does not seem to penetrate the wood. IS IT A GOOD IDEA?
If not, I would like to know about cheap alternatives. Cheers, Ben.
