Todd,
It's been a while since I used AutoCAD (I currently use CATIA), but I think it could be done 2 different ways:
1) Plot all the points as (X,Y,0) -- this will put all your points in 3-D space, but on the XY plane. You would then have to set up a drawing view of this XY plane to print it out.
2) Forget 3-D space altogether, set up a drawing view and plot the points as (X,Y).
