Looking at those numbers: am I to assume that the measurements shown are feet, inches and eighths of an inch?

If so then 1-03-7 would mean 1 foot plus 3 inches plus 7 eighths of and inch and 1-03-07+ would mean the form was a 1/16th of an inch larger.

Is this right?
