Northwest coast art (Haida, Tlinglit etc.) is the best known and quite striking. It is not, as others have pointed out, Inuit, but it does have the advantage that it is a cultural graphic tradition the predates contact with the white man. There is an extensive archeological documentation and a vigorous current artistic community doing work in traditional styles as well as more modern interpretations. There should not be copyright problems with archeological examples.
The inuit graphic arts date back only to the middle of the 20th century, although carving goes back to ancient times. Check out the Canadian Museum of Civilization. Graphic art was introduced by James Houston in the '50s (see his book 'Confessions of an Igloo Dweller' for details). It was and is produced in several Canadian arctic communities, but the most well known is Cape Dorset on Baffin Island, who produce a beautiful calendar each year as well as an edition of new prints. Many of the Cape Dorset images would be suitable for a 'logo'. I would look first at Kenojuak's work, but there a others who produce clear graphic designs which would work well. I'm not sure what is available on the net, but a few searches should turn up something and your local library may have some of the books that have been published. With these images there would be a question of copyright. If you choose to ask permission, which I would recommend out of respect for the artist and the image, a letter to the cooperative in Cape Dorset would be in order.
