Catamarans usually have 2 rudders and 2 keels, but 2 sails won't do much for you if they're mounted one per kayak. One would catch the wind and the other would be luffing. You'd be better off with one big one or you could put 2 trapezoid-shaped sails front-and-back and make the thing look like a Chinese junk.
