hey jack, there was this gorgeous redwood stripper I saw at marmot mtn works, only$4k, didn't sell. I guess it was a leeetle too pretty for paddling. there are some redwood trimaran canoes made by a fellow in north calif. made a little rougher,and they look fantastic from a distance,,,,,context. Up close they inspire all kinds of "wow, what an interesting design" "high end gifts for the person who has everything..." seems to me the person who has everything is in a perfect position to be one BIG gift giver!
