That's the spirit Jack. I've got similar problems. My son has a smallish bedroom and after the waterbed bladder got a leak, the family decided (not me) that a bunkbed with a desk under for the computer, nintendo ....... might save a lot of floor space. A trip (under protest) to the "Brick" saw the item desired with a $1000 price tag, so guess what I'm building now! Never enough time for kayaks lately it seems :-(
