You can try buying a brand new pair of high quality scissors which have NEVER CUT ANYTHING ELSE. These will usually work fairly well for a while. You should also be able to buy a pair of Kevlar scissors from your Kevlar supplier. These are sharpened at a different angle from regular scissors. DO NOT CUT ANYTHING ELSE with them. A brand new pizza style cutter used on one of those plastic "self-sealing" cutting boards might work as well.
