Hi,

I built a Pygmy Coho with butt joints using their glass tape method. It was easy to do, but the Pygmy instructions did not warn against the possibility of discoloration if you do not epoxy saturate the entire panel at the same time. I have a nice little color band running around my boat because the wood continued to oxidize until I saturated the rest of the panels.

You may already be familiar with this issue, but thought I would bring it up just in case. I am using butt blocks on my next boat! Hard(er) to screw up the exterior.
