Wayne If you are building a Pygmy Osprey, I would NOT bevel the edges. The panels are cut to exact tolerences and the tempoary forms help align the panel edges. If you put your wires thru the holes and cross them in an X and pull the X with a pair of pliers it will set the wires equally so when twisted they will pull the panels edges without overlaping. I use a razorblade to help align the edges more exaxtly. The fillet will fill the edges perfectly. The rolling bevel is for experienced hands and you run the risk of gaps or bulges.
