You might want to consider making a mock-up and taking it into your local kayak shop to see if a standard skirt will fit; I changed the shape of my Cape Charles cockpit, and have a hard time getting a skirt for it. They are a little too tight, or too loose to work. Of course, I could have a custom-built neoprene one, but that's quite a bit more money.
