Thanks to everyone for suggestions.

And, Ross, yes it is a Hankinson design--the barrelback 19. So far the quality of the plans looks fine. However, I did call them on the phone with a few questions, and found them to be only moderately helpful. Hopefully the guy I spoke to was just having a tough day....but I will keep you posted.....
