Then look at their personal luxury subs. If I had a spare $75 million or so I'd order their top-of-the-line model, but I'd probably need both an act of Congress and the Canadian parliament to let me use it on the Great Lakes, so I guess maybe I'll just save my money.

Hmm, come to think of it, these things are made of cast acrylic with walls about 6 or 7 inches thick. Wonder if i could make molds from strips, and buy enough 55 gallon barrels of acrylic casting plastic to manufacture my own pressure hull. After that is is just a matter of fitting motors and hatches, right?
