Something you might want to consider are the environmental regualtions regarding chopper guns. I have heard that the epa is really cracking down on them, especially those in non-comercial uses. The word is that they just don't like them... If you are using an ester (poly/vinly) resin I think you might be able to lay up the boat with enough help by hand and it would be so much stronger/lighter. I would think that even with a chopper you will need a few and maybe several people to help keep everything in order, lined up etc. You are looking at a lot of resin and cloth not to mentio the logistics of moving everything around a 65' boat, air, elect, resin, glass, etc. I usually have one person designated just as a resin mixer and from 3-5 people on the mold just when laying up a yak. Obviously it can be done with less but it really, really helps to have more help.
