In Response To: Epoxy fill coat problems (Tedley in VT.)
Ken's right. The blush is in the crators. Before I switched to RAKA no blush I used to scrub my epoxy with a stiff brush with amonia and water and detergent (several times) Then scrub it some more with a scotch bright pad. The bristles of the brush tend to go in and scrub out the dimples where the blush hides.
I had the same experience as you and also learned the hard way.
