Shawn, Thanks for the idea. The peak is still a problem though. Laying the template over the peak, even your idea with the middle cut out will still narrow the width at the front of the cockpit recess quite a bit (inches) compared to the template layed flat. The Expedition really has a peak compared to some Nick's other designs.
