From the discussions on this BBS there are a number of people with experience in milling B&C with a regular router. A large shaper wuold be nice - but it is not manditory.
I purchased a set of 1/4" B&C bits from Lee Valley and will be routing strips soon.
I make some sort of table/fence/guide for the milling operation first.
Yes, more "adventures" to come.

Would you please send some of your weather up here - I was fishing on the lake near home Sunday, the ice is almost 3 FEET thick.
I was thinking about making a S&G "ice boat" they kinda look like a kayak with a ski/skate blade in the bow and two more on outriggers. Fitted with a sail the really move! Hmmm something else to do...
