In a marathon 11 hour day I (we) ripped and routed enough strips for four kayaks. I used the simple 1/4" B&C bits. B&C turned out fine. Make sure your routing set-up will hold the strips firmly. Check the strips from time to time as you mill them, to make sure your set has not changed. Learned this the hard way. Jerry
