Hey Ian, Two questions: I've been told that urethanes are brittle compared to varnishes. No longer true, I take it? Second, (I'm not sure of my terms here) can "prearl" be added to urethane finishes? If my term is wrong, I'm refering to the ground shells of molluscs added for iridescence. Thanks, Tom
