Have been following this for a few days, and keep thinking that our Cormorant 16 (16' 2") is probably close to the exact boat that you are looking for. Before anyone thinks I am trying to be commercial ( I wouldn't do that on Nick's board) anything that follows refers to free help.(Hope this doesn't upset anyone who sells plans, etc.) I don't have plans, kits, or anything similar to sell. I will be redoing the numbers on this kayak in a few weeks, and if there is an interest, I would be willing to put the panel offsets (this is a S&G boat, but could be built as a stripper) up on a web page at our site. This would be basically unsupported info, but if you are at all familiar with the building process you would have no problem. FWIW
