VCP hatches ???

I realize hatches are and will be until the earth ceases to exist, a source of many hours of debate, but here goes any way... Specifically,

a) Who sells VCP hatches in the US??? How difficult are they to install?

b) What are some experiences with the CLC style hatch design in surf?
