Using Different Epoxies

I wrote this message earlier today. I didn't post. I am building an Arctic Tern, and may not be able to finish the kayak with the supplied epoxy. Will I encounter any problems if I use a different manufacturer's epoxy to finish? I can buy epoxy at a local marine store or buy the same epoxy supplied with the kit from Pygmy.
