Tap Plastics carries their own brand of marine grade epoxy which is less expensive than the prices I have seen for West System or MAS. According to their catalog the Resin sells for $50.25/gal. There is a choice of three different hardeners

Fast 4:1 $17.25/quart Medium 4:1/ $17.25/quart Slow 3:1 33.35/half gallon

The slow and fast can be used down to 40 degrees F. I've never used the products, but a friend assures me they are good if you don't mind a little amber color.
