I bought Drafix Cad through a Boeing computer club a long time ago, just before they put it on the shelves. Then recently I looked for it for someone else and couldn't find it anywhere. I don't know if they went out of business. It's only 2D, but it's really easy to use and will print on multiple pages easily.
If I draw a form that is bigger than one piece of paper, it will print some on each sheet. Then it adds tick marks to the corners of the sheets to line the sheets up when taping them together. I just use my inkjet printer.
