don't hear much from you lately.

few days ago somebody came with a nasty suggestion, to remove any none yaking related messages. he really made me boil, but few lines after that came nick's respond. nick said he doesn't have any intension to change anything in this board & since I'm on his side, I remained quiet.

I hope you are not keeping quiet because of that nasty suggestion.

don't pay any attention to such people. This is really not the place for me to tell my opinion about them. just keep up the good work: letters to sears (?), people who dies in their sleep, & any other church stories.

here's something else not kayak related that anybody is more than welcome to click on his "back" button if he has any problem with it.

when you get home from work:

cut a potato to half. remove a long narrow piece from the center, in a way that if you put the potato back there will be a small empty narrow long volume left in there.

peel one tooth of garlic.

break it smash it kill it !

put the dead pieces of garlic in that empty volume.

add seasonings as you feel.

don't add butter nor margarine nor any other form of fat. you get enough of it anyway.

hold the potato back & wrap it with aluminum foil.

I make 2-4 tiny little holes in the aluminum, just in case steam will occur in there.

go do something useful for 1-1.5 hours - 450F in the oven.

taste it before your pets, I don't think they will leave you any.

I want to tell you few drops of olive oil with the seasonings or after, but I didn't tried it yet.

don't do it if you intend to leave home during these 1-1.5 hours.

it's ready when it's soft for a fork.

none of these garlic powders please.
