Well I got one shear clamp finished last night. THANKS FOLKS!!! I did it with the jig setup in the miter box, in other words I sawed it.

It was still a little off but since I glued them together using a jig I just used some extra expoxy ( I'll be sure to saturate it with the waterproof stuff later ) the scarves all came out fair.
