Hi Spidey,
But you see, I forgot to make cutouts large enough in the cockpit forms for the recessed coaming, so here I was after doin some major stripping wondering (as usual) what the heck do I do now? So I got out the 1/2in drill w/ the forstner bit and started hacking - and you know - it looks JUST like a shotgun blast at each coaming recess. Holes and splinters everywhere. And I didn't hit the stripping once. . . . (well, except for . . .)
So much for preplanning. So much for reusable forms. Oh well, next time.
And yah - don't all yaks have drainage holes??? close to the cockpit?? Near the top??? Like a few of them just in case???
