I also use syringes for small batches.
I usually keep 2 or 3 filled with epoxy and hardener, (in separate syringes) and use the 1 ml graduations for measuring. I have on occasion measured by the drop, the smallest batch being 2 drop epoxy and 1 drop hardener. It set up fine.
