i've been using geocities.com, which is part of Yahoo.com. I get an yahoo e-makil address and I think 30 megs of web space. I don't use the home page they provide, or their web editing tools, but I do use their FTP program to upload things to their computer. After that I just link the bulletin board response directly to the urls for the images, or I create a document in my word processor with the pictures in place and upload that.
