I built a Pigmy Osprey H.P. and counterfitted another (shame on me) to save a few bucks. If I had it to do over, I'd save time and just buy a second kit. Everything I read about the Pigmy Coho says that it's a good boat. I would think that the latest models produced by Pigmy and CLC would be their best. It's a new industry and I'm sure they have been learning and improving. Here is a quote from Chris Kulczycki of CLC in his book The Kayak Shop.....All else asside, I've found thet the prettier boats are the better boats. If you look at a new design and it doesn't move you, if it isn't a kayak that'll bring a smile to your face whenever you see it sitting on the beach, then it isn't the boat for you.
