Both Pygmy and CLC have youth versions. Pygmy's is the Arctic Tern 14 (better call them first, it's still new. No plans, just kits) and CLC has a shortened version of their classic Cheasapeake hull, not to mention the Mill Creek 13. Check out their websites or better yet call. Some of the many posters here may have non-commercial plans for youth boats. Good Luck!
