>Kent, I've been kicking around an idea that you might be interested in. Originally I was thinking about some kind of brass rail around the deck fore and aft. That would allow for all sorts of tie-downs.On further thought I see a simpler way. Ross uses thes little semi-circular eye-loops - just a 3" circle of wood cut in half will yield two. The hole is drilled parallel to the base about 1" up. If you had these epoxied around the deck you could run some nice poly rope around for the same effect - a raised rail.Could be neat! By the way, I'm seeing a Boutillier popping up in correspondance at Colgate headquarters in Park Ave. Any relation?. Bon Adventure. J.J.
