I think you are going to need a heck of a lot of reinforcement in the cockpit area, to keep the boat from folding up on you. With that much rocker, and a concave deck, and plywood construction, you will have a flexible boat. If it flexes enough it can pinch you, trapping you in the cockpit -- a potentially fatal condition in rough water conditions. And white water is certainly rough. Further, the concave deck just might serve as a funnel, channeling water into your cockpit, instead of diverting it.

Where were you planning on putting the reinforcement? Any sealed floatation areas?
