Working with the stuff at 40 degrees is *not* a joy. Pours like molasses. Makes your wrists ache trying to mix it. But by the time it's up to 60 degrees, it's pouring and mixing like motor oil. There's something to the notion of heating it at winter temps, but not room temps.
