I'm at roughly 175hrs and my WLII is nearly complete. Still needs more varnish, but I'm nearly there. I didn't work particularly efficiently while building. It was more of a lazy, Winter project. The only construction details that added to the total time of mine was the multi-section deck and laminated lip, and the cove-walled scupper spacer blocks. I also spent more time fairing than is normal because of the face-grained strips. They were a big headache. Everything else was pretty much by-the-book.

The WLII hasn't hit the water yet, so I don't know where the waterline falls for me. You might send a message to Mac McCarthy - he might be able to give you a range.
