I looked at one of these and it didn't seem stable enough (for me at least) it rattled and you need to use a nylon strap to secure it when it's in the up right position. I also didn't want to cut the top of my bed liner off and drill holes in the bed. I spent way too much money and bought a tracrac, they'll take all kind of accessories (thule, yakima) and will probably last longer than your truck will. Also you don't have to drill to install it, just pop it into the stake pockets. The tracrac will carry 1000lbs, which is definetely overkill for a couple of kayaks, but the system is great so far.
