So I ordered my Merganser plans a few weeks back and they came in good time. NO problem there.

Then I place a $250 order from Raka for glass and epoxy, etc. and they manage to mess my address up and the package gets returned to them in Florida since it goes to a wrong address that won't accept the box. Finally got it last Friday I think. Bunch of glass and tape and 3 gallon epoxy kit that will hopefully last through 2 S&Gs.

Now I also ordered wood from Noahs at the same time as the Raka order. Supposed to arrive last wednesday. Didn't see anything as of yesterday - call them and it seems the delivery service wasn't able to leave it or whatever and didn't leave a note and also apparently had my wrong phone number to try and find me. In fact, Noahs also wrote down the wrong number.

Aiigh!!!! Lets say my SO is getting a bit miffed by all this and is considering a plastic tupperware boat now. Just kidding on that but she has been bummed not to be building with all these crappy April showers that just keep happening. We still haven't gotten the wood although its being tracked down. Hope to get the panels marked and cut by the weekend so that perhaps we can be stitching the hull by Easter.

Have fun building and let me know if anybody has a similar building material delivery problem so I can feel a bit better atleast.
