Your Outer Island is a stripper right?? Might take more epoxy for a stripper since its glassed fully inside and out.

Both planned boats are S&G with only a bit of glass on the inside for the floor of the kayak. I don't think I'll make it either with just the 3, but it was the same cost as a 1.5 gallon kit plus a 0.75 gallon kit giving me 0.75 gall essentially for free.

Anyways, thanks for listening and the comment too. I am trying to keep the Mersanger as light weight as possible so my SO can get it on the car herself without too much trouble.

My first boat came out .... a bit hefty and can be tough for me to dead lift onto the rack.
