Pete -- I disagree with Dean, I think you'll be okay with the 3 gallons. I've got one more coat of epoxy on the hull to go, and will have used just under 1-1/2 gallons (and I know I've waste some; lots of epoxy dust) (I also put a layer of 'glass inside the cockpit and extra on the inside the of the coaming area). The Raka is really thin and I had problems with runs (some of them from the epoxy and some from me). Good luck and keep us posted. -- Greg
