Take It Outside makes custom, top of the line spray skirts, from your cockpit template and sitting location $110.00 They are on the web at sealsskirts.com As for the shoulder straps....They sure get annoying when they come off your shoulders and flop around your elbows. I cut mine off (straps that is).
