I carved a minicell seat that wasn't right once, used the thermarest sport seat on top of it and it was just right. Let the air out until your just touching bottom. This gets pricey but a thermarest sport seat slid into a creature comfort works quite well. Ian's solution usually gives you a seat with good hip support.
