Another opinion: 6 oz.cloth exterior hull with 8" keel strip under blanket; 4 oz.cloth elsewhere; 3/16" planking using 1/4" cutters for bead & cove; unless you are going to paint it, use full lenghth strips of clear cedar ( white or red ) and for goodness sakes, fair it.
