:FWIW, the CLC Ch 17' (large volume, single chine plywood S&G) I'm building only calls for coating the bulkheads with epoxy (doesn't require fiberglass) and a fillet ( again w/o tape) ... not sure how the Ch 17 compares to a Coho. I think the bulkheads are supposed to be 6mm Okoume, but I just used cheap Luan.
