Have you considered a custom order wetsuit rather than trying for something to fit off the rack? My wife has a custom shape and it was not that much more expensive to get one made to fit. For central California coast, try finding the nearest surf shop and asking about custom wetsuit orders. Oneil's seems to be the main wet suit vendor there.

I can dig up the name of the wetsuit vendor we used, I'm drawing a blank right now. Some outfit up in Canada.
