In Response To: Sources for Z-Spar Flagship (Chuck)
On my phirst boat I used the newer Epiphanes that doesn't require sanding between coats as long as thise coats are applied within 3 days. I don't have anything to compare it to, but somehow it seems soft. I've got some rubs on the hull that are at least 1/2" wide and a few feet long. They look kind of yellowish. Is this just normal for varnish in general, or should I try Flagship next time? (I'm also considering 2-part polyurethane, but varnish is my default choice.)
