Wayne, I also had your problem.

I used the errata data to build three tops, one each for stations 8, 9 and 10. The top for station 8 looked perfect, but 9 and 10 seemed wrong ( the tops were much too tall ). I eventually used the top for form 8 only.

When I started stripping I didn't strip as far as 9 and 10. 8 is very useful to help define the deck arch in front of the cockpit, but I don't think 9 and 10 are really necessary.
