Check out the Pygmy Queen Charlotte XL. It is designed for people who weigh 220-280 pounds, and Pygmy says you can "Easily slide 200 pounds of gear inside for a 4 week expedition" Its basic specs are 17'6" LOA * 25.5" BEAM * 13" DEPTH * 45 LBS. My only concern might be your feet fitting comfortably, but it is a big kayak. Give Pygmy a call and see if your feet will fit. Their other big kayak is the GoldenEye-HI, but I think the Queen Charlotte XL can handle more weight.
