If I read this right, you hand cut your strips?. If so, can you enlarge on this regarding the degree of difficulty, conformity of shape and how accurate you can get the strip thickness? This might solve some problems I am working out on how to build a stripper next winter.

I cut all my strips with a razor-saw and a mini aluminum miter
: box I found at a hobby store. I did 45-degree scarfs as I assembled the
: strips, and this miter box worked great. I didn't pre-scarf my strips.
