Have you looked at Chris Cunningham's (Sea Kayaker editor) s&g greenland boat? There are a couple of reviews on the Kayak Builders of Southern California site.

So, are you looking for a low-volume boat with a low deck, but a keyhole cockpit, rather than the "ocean" cockpit that is somewhat standard for these boats? If so, just add your favorite cockpit size rather than using the small one specified in the design.
