CLC sells flotation bags, I believe. I don't know if they'll work for you or not, but they state a size of 59"x22". REI also sells a variety of flotation bags. As for cradle designs, you should check out Ross Leidy's homepage. He's built some beautiful cradles for his beautiful boats (vertical J-cradles for holding the kayak on its side -- "its strongest point", as David Seidman says). Congrats on the New kayak! Looks terrific!
